In the city of Tolyatti in the Samara region of the Russian Federation, a 13-year-old schoolgirl, whose father is fighting in Ukraine as part of the occupation army, stabbed her younger half-sisters to death. This was reported by local media.

The murder took place on October 8. The girls were 2 and 5 years old. The mother left the schoolgirl to look after her sisters. After the murder, the girl hid the bodies on the balcony and went for a walk in the park.

The bodies were discovered by another sister, who at first thought that the girls were playing hide and seek. Seeing the blood, she called her parents. When the mother wrote to Lisa to ask if she knew what had happened at home, she replied: ""It's me! Ahahahah".

According to preliminary data, the girl stabbed her sisters to death because she did not want her mother to reconcile with her stepfather amid cases of domestic violence. The deceased half-sisters were the stepfather's children from his first marriage.

"Four children lived in the apartment. A two-year-old girl and her five-year-old sister were from Yuri's first marriage, and 13-year-old Liza and her sister were from Irina's first marriage. Liza's biological father is in the SVO. According to preliminary investigation data, there were scandals in the family, and Liza did not like her stepfather. Against the backdrop of quarrels, 13-year-old Liza tried to persuade her mother to leave him because of domestic violence, but in the end she continued to live with the man. According to investigators, this could have been the motive for the brutal murder. On the day of the tragedy, the girls' parents were at the police station for questioning regarding a report of illegal entry into a home that Liza's mother filed against her stepfather after another argument,” Baza writes.

After interrogation and communication with a psychologist, the girl was taken to a psychiatric hospital for examination.

In Russia, criminal liability for murder begins at the age of 14. This means that a 13-year-old girl, even if she is found guilty and sane, can avoid punishment in the form of imprisonment.
