In the Kherson region, the occupiers, by threats and bribery, are trying to force the residents of the occupied territories to send their children to schools and kindergartens, which from 1 September, plan to start the school year  on Russian educational programs.

According to the head of the Kherson OVA Yaroslav Yanushevich, trying to persuade cooperation, the occupiers threaten with eviction and confiscation of property to those who refuse to send their children to schools. Those who agree are promised to pay four thousand rubles for each child, but there are still very few who want to. So, in & nbsp; New Kakhovka at & nbsp; the opening of the kindergarten "Ivushka" only one child was present — the son of a local collaborator.

Intimidation and pressure occupiers apply not on to parents of schoolchildren, but    to t teachers whom they try to persuade to cooperation —  In Novaya Kakhovka, the directors of lyceums No. 2 and No. 3, Irina Dubas and Oksana Yakubova, were kidnapped. Nothing is known about their whereabouts.
