In the Kherson region, the court chose a preventive measure for the detained enemy informant, – the prosecutor's office

Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson regional prosecutor's office, a local resident was notified of suspicion of high treason. The court chose a preventive measure for her – detention.

According to the investigation, since June 2024, the suspect has been collecting information about the deployment, movement of units and equipment of the Defense Forces of Ukraine in Kherson, and also recorded the consequences of enemy shelling.

She transmitted intelligence and photographic materials via Telegram channels controlled by the Russian special services.

In addition, in correspondence with the «administrator» of one of the channels, the woman openly supported the actions of the Russian military and called for the destruction of Ukrainians.

The pre-trial investigation and operational support are being carried out by the USBU employees in the Kherson region.
