On December 3, a 49-year-old resident of the village of Pniv, while intoxicated, decided to sort out his relationship with his acquaintance, whom he suspected of stealing a mobile phone. That day, he visited the house of the 41-year-old man, but did not find him at home. Having found out that he was visiting another villager, the suspect arrived at the place and began to demand the return of the phone.
