In Kamchatka, where refugees from Ukraine were taken, pseudo-referendums began on the entry of the “LPR”, as well as the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, into the Russian Federation. This is reported on Russian news sites.

It is noted that sites in Kamchatka are open in temporary accommodation centers for refugees.

"Four days, from September 23 to 26, voting will go to temporary accommodation points, September 27 — in the voting room, located in the building of the Kamchatka Industrial College", — said the election commission of the region.

They added that a “hot line” was opened for the voters, where they could be informed about the referendum.
