The coefficient was calculated based on the official data of the operational headquarters and from the calculation formula in the methodological recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor 3.1.0178-20 of May 8, 2020.

It is calculated based on data on the increase in new cases. Along with the free bed capacity and the rate of testing per 100 thousand of the population, the Rt coefficient is used, according to the recommendations, to make a decision on the phased removal or return of restrictions in the regions.
