In Rivne, a naked man attacked cars and smashed a billboard

In Rivne on Kavkazka Street yesterday, July 25, passers-by noticed a man running without clothes and behaving strangely. The law enforcement officers were called to the scene.

In the press service of the Rivne regional state police department, the journalists of “Rivne Media” were told. the circumstances of the incident were told. 

About 10 o'clock, the law enforcement officers received a report that a naked man was behaving inappropriately and was rushing at a car. Patrolmen worked on the spot. To find out all the circumstances, an investigative team was called to the scene.

"It turned out that this is a 41-year-old resident of Rivne, who for unknown reasons began to behave inappropriately. A citizen smashed a billboard and threw himself into traffic. The man was taken to a specialized medical facility", – says police spokeswoman Yuliya Dudnik.

An inspection is currently underway, based on the results of which an appropriate procedural decision will be made.
