To a 38-year-old man from Kyiv, who has numerous convictions for property crimes, faces a long term of imprisonment for stealing a smartphone under martial law.

The investigators informed the detainee of suspicion under part 4 of Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – theft under martial law. The stolen gadget was recovered. According to the court's decision, the suspect was taken into custody.
Currently, the police are checking the involvement of the detainee in other similar crimes in the capital.
