In Kharkiv, a subway worker who reported on the TCC was put on trial

An employee of the Kharkiv subway informed in the Telegram messenger about the transfer of employees of the Territorial Picking Center. As a result, the perpetrator appeared before the court.

This is stated in the verdict of the Kyiv District Court of Kharkiv dated November 19.

Details of the case

According to the case file, the woman is  the controller of the automatic checkpoints at the metro station “Universityet”. From November 2023 to April 2024, she informed Telegram subscribers about  the whereabouts of representatives TCC.

In particular, the attacker published at least eight messages regarding the movement of employees of the Picking Center  at the station “Akademika Barabashova”.

Court decision

The woman pleaded guilty. The court sentenced her to five years behind bars with a three-year probationary period. Also, the perpetrators canceled  the preventive measure in the form of detention, released in the courtroom and confiscated the mobile phone.
