The police found out that the conflict took place in the parking lot. “While walking along the sidewalk, a man saw that an approaching car had parked in violation of traffic rules. He decided to tell the driver about this, but this led to a verbal conflict. During the incident, he hit a pedestrian in the face, and after his fall he kicked him twice, ”the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
The injured man sought medical attention, where doctors diagnosed a broken nose. Law enforcers talked with eyewitnesses of the incident and found the driver. He was taken to the police station, where he confessed to the incident. If the driver's guilt is proven, then the man will serve a sentence of up to 3 years in prison.
