An unusual skyscraper is planned to be built in the largest bridge of the United Arab Emirates, Dubai.

In Dubai, an ultra-narrow skyscraper will be built, where only one apartment will be located on each floor. CNN writes about it.

The 380-meter-high building will have 73 floors, and the width of each floor will be approximately 22 meters. The skyscraper will be able to accommodate 131 elite two-, three-, four- and five-room apartments.

Each apartment will occupy an entire floor, and its layout was inspired by traditional Arab houses. So inside there will be courtyards shaded by green areas.

The facade will be equipped with a special mesh made of stainless steel, which will cover the building with a kind of “veil” and reflect different shades of the sky. This is how the architects want to combine the interior and exterior space.

They also plan to equip a spa center, a restaurant, a private gallery, a tennis court and a private cinema in the skyscraper. You can buy an apartment in such a building for about five million dollars.
