The "Diya" portal has returned the opportunity to receive a certificate from the State Register of Property Rights. The service was suspended after the start of a full-scale invasion of Russia on February 24. This was reported by the minister digital transformation Mikhail Fedorov.
A certificate from the State Register of Property Rights confirms that you – the owner of the property. Before the full-scale invasion, about 1 million Ukrainians used the service annually. A month after the service was launched on the Diya portal; the certificate has been received almost 18 thousand times.
For example, a certificate can be ordered before renting an apartment to make sure that you are really renting from the real owner. It will also be useful for further assessment and compensation for damaged or property destroyed by the Russian occupiers.
After February 24, the registries suspended their work for security reasons. They have been working again since May.
The Ministry of Digital Development claims that for this time we have improved the service and now you can get help in just 5 seconds.
BAGNET reminds you that in "DI" fully launch the service of affordable “e-donkey” mortgage.
