Ford will stop producing the Ford Focus in Europe in 2025. This was told to journalists by the head of the European office of Ford, Stuart Rowley, auto.today.ua writes.

According to him, Ford will focus on electric vehicles.

Now the Ford Focus is being produced on factory in Saarlouis (Germany). After August 29, this company will significantly reduce the production of cars.

The American auto giant will invest in the production of electric vehicles in Europe. Thus, the plant in Cologne will receive 2 billion dollars for these purposes. In addition, Ford will also produce electric cars in Valencia (Spain).

Ford Focus is still very popular in Ukraine. This model is imported in large quantities from Europe. But the Europeans are gradually losing interest in it. This is not surprising, as the crossover boom continues in the Old Continent.

It should be noted that in Europe, Focus buyers have to wait several months due to the fact that the SYNC 4 infotainment system is missing, since it is made in Ukraine.
