The International Investment Bank (IIB) has fully placed bonds of the BO-001R-05 series in the amount of 7 billion rubles, the bank said.
The collection of applications for the bonds took place on September 3. The rate of the 1st coupon is set at 5.95% per annum, the circulation period is 2.5 years. The rate corresponds to a yield to maturity of 6.08% per annum, coupons are quarterly.
The organizers of the placement were VTB Capital, BC Region, Credit Bank of Moscow, Rosselkhozbank.
Currently, there are 3 issues of classic bonds of the bank in circulation for 10 billion rubles and 4 issues of exchange-traded bonds for 29 billion rubles.
IIB was established in 1970 and is an international financial institution, the shareholders of which are currently Russia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Vietnam, Cuba, Mongolia, Romania, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. The main areas of activity are support for small and medium-sized businesses in the member countries of the bank and participation in financing socially significant infrastructure projects. IIB's headquarters is located in Budapest.
