US President Joe Biden, who is also seeking a second term, denied all rumors about his alleged intention to withdraw his candidacy from the election.

He wrote about this in an open letter to members of the Democratic party and published in X.

— Dear fellow Democrats, I assure you that, despite all the speculation in the media and elsewhere, I am firmly determined to continue participating in this race, reach its conclusion and defeat Donald Trump— Biden indicated in it.

The 81-year-old politician also emphasized that he would not run for this post again if he were not confident in his chances of winning.

— I – best candidate to defeat Donald Trump in 2024— the head of the White House emphasized.

BAGNET recalls that Bloomberg previously reported that members of the Democratic Party in Congress are preparing a collective appeal to Biden with a call to withdraw from the election.

They fear that after the June 27 debate with Trump, Biden has sharply reduced the chances of victory both for himself and for the entire Democratic party.
