reports < P > The court considered a request for the use of a preventive measure to a 49-year-old local resident suspected of committing a criminal offense under Part 3 of Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

~ ~ ~ ~ < p >According to the petition, the woman, on her own initiative, distributed in the telegram-channel, created to collect information on the movement and dislocation of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, information about the general situation in the city, including mobilization on places where, in her opinion, there are military personnel. The suspect used to address the latest offensive and humiliating epithets, widespread among the propagandists of the Russian Federation.

< P > In court the prosecutor noted that the woman is reasonably suspected of committing the said criminal offense, has a clear pro -Russian position, there are risks of concealment, committing another criminal offense, obstruction of the proceedings. < p > The suspect asked to choose a pre -trial detention, assured that she did not intend to hide, explained her actions by the influence of emotions and mental disorder.

~ ~ ~ ~ > < p > The defender noted that although the suspicion is truly justified, the risks were inflated. The petition states that his client has pro -Russian views, but she has already changed them and works closely with the investigation. In doing so, he considers it possible to apply to the suspect a precautionary measure in the form of house arrest or to determine the amount of pledge.

< P > After hearing the thoughts of the parties and examining the materials of the petition, the investigating judge accepted to apply the suspect in custody in the form of detention without determining the amount of pledge.
