How to find out if someone is tracking your iPhone

The iPhone allows you to check if someone else has used the device. There are three simple ways to do this.

The first is to check the history of application usage. In the settings, you need to open “General” => “iPhone Storage” and change the sorting of the application list to “Last used date”. If there are any recently opened apps that the owner has not used, the smartphone could have been unlocked without his knowledge.

The second method is to view screen time data. In the “Screen Time” section => “View All Activity” you need to find the Pickups item, which indicates when the iPhone was first unlocked during the day. If the time does not match the actual usage, then someone else turned on the device.

The third method is to check the activity of individual applications. In the “Most Used Today” section, you can select an application like WhatsApp or Gmail and see the exact time they were used. If the application was launched without the owner's knowledge, this is a sign of third-party access.

The steps above will help you quickly determine if someone is monitoring your smartphone.
