Ukrainian chef Liza Glinska shared a recipe for an incredibly delicious dessert. All family members and guests will definitely like it.

She shared the cooking details on her Instagram page and on YouTube.

According to the chef, galette is prepared easily and quickly. Therefore, be sure to prepare it for your family.

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • 300 g of flour (10 tbsp. with bitter)
  • 2 g of salt (2/5 tsp)
  • 60 g of sugar (2 tbsp. with bitter + 2 tsp. without a slide)
  • 5 g of baking powder (1 tsp with a slide)
  • 150 g of butter (with a fat content of 82%)
  • 70 ml of cold water ( 4 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons filling: 500 g of apricots li>80 g of blueberries
  • 50 g of cane sugar
  • 150 g cream cheese

In addition:

  • 50 g egg (1 pc.)
  • < li>almond petals

  • powdered sugar

Method of preparation:

1. Let's prepare the dough for the galette. Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.

2. Butter should be placed in the freezer for 15-20 minutes before use. Remove from the freezer, roll in flour and rub on a fine grater. We have to get a crumb.

3. Add cold water and knead the dough. Be careful at this stage, you don't need to knead for a long time, as soon as the flour gets wet, stop the process, the dough is ready.

4. Wrap the dough in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

5. We collect the galette. It is better to roll out the dough on parchment. Dust the parchment, dough, rolling pin with flour and roll out the dough into a circle with a diameter of 40 cm. Cut off the uneven edge.

6. Spread the cream cheese and distribute it over the dough. Sprinkle the cheese with cane sugar.

7. Cut the apricots in half and spread them on the dough with cream cheese. Sprinkle the apricots with cane sugar.

8. Form the edge of the galette. Wrap carefully.

9. Brush the edge of the galette with an egg. Sprinkle the galette with almond petals.

10. We heat the oven to 180 degrees, the mode is bottom and top heating or only bottom heating. Put the galette in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.

11. 10 minutes before the end of baking, add blueberries.

12. Take the galette out of the oven, set aside to cool and enjoy.
