JSC Hydromashservice (part of the HMS group) has fully placed the issue of 10-year bonds of the BO-03 series in the amount of 3 billion rubles at a rate of 7.95% per annum, the company said.
The rate corresponds to the yield to a 3-year put option of 8.11% per annum.
The collection of applications took place on September 30 from 11:00 to 15:00 Moscow time.
Initially, the benchmark for the 1st coupon rate was 7.75-7.95% per annum.
The organizers are VTB Capital, Raiffeisenbank and Sberbank CIB.
The technical placement is scheduled for October 2.
The guarantors for the issue are HMS Neftemash JSC, HMS Group JSC and Sibneftemash JSC.
The company placed the only issue in circulation in July this year. A loan with similar parameters of the BO-02 series in the amount of 3 billion rubles was placed at the rate of 8.15% per annum before the offer in 3 years.
The company has no other bond issues in circulation. The owner of 96.84% of the authorized capital of JSC Hydromashservice is JSC HMS Group.

The company carries out design, construction and installation, and commissioning works for the complex arrangement of oil and gas production facilities, water management in Russia and the CIS countries.
