Autumn, apparently, decided to bypass the Irkutsk region. Almost immediately after the end of the summer season, real winter began in the region, and in the southernmost part of it, which is noticeably south of Moscow. A heavy snowfall began here.

On the footage published on the network, you can see that the snowfall was so strong that it is now possible to drive onto the roads in the Irkutsk region, except perhaps on armored vehicles or snowmobiles. Meanwhile, drivers of ordinary cars, who could not postpone their trips during this period, have to slide on the ice and take noticeable risks, trying to climb even not very high hills.
As for the freight transport, it seems that it has no chance at all to continue moving, and therefore the numerous trucks standing on the side of the roads have become a completely familiar phenomenon for local residents.
It is noteworthy that residents of the capital region should prepare for the onset of cold weather. As forecasters noted earlier, in the coming days in Moscow and the region a sharp cooling will begin, and the average daily temperature will immediately collapse by 10 degrees and will be about 6 degrees above zero. In addition, strong rains with gusty winds await residents of the capital region.
