He was hunting for a cable – the thief was detained by patrolmen in Dnipro

The other day, the Dnipro patrol police detained a cable thief.
The message to the special line 102 was received at night from the concerned residents of Checheliv district. People reported that they saw an unknown citizen climb into the communication well and probably cut the cable there.

The nearest crew arrived at the scene. Inspectors inspected the area and found an open hatch. There was a man inside. He had already managed to cut the cable and tried to pull it out.
