In a new post on his Instagram page, Ukrainian chef Volodymyr Yaroslavsky decided to share a hearty and healthy recipe. Write it down so you don't lose it, and cook it at home.

If you are looking for something interesting to cook, then this recipe is definitely for you. It is hearty, tasty and original.

Pita is an unleavened puff pastry with a pocket, which is quickly prepared, and is also extremely popular on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea and in the countries of the Middle East.

Wild salmon (salmon or grayling) is a healthy product from nature itself, very different from farmed salmon. It is less fatty, has a more pronounced taste, but is considered a very healthy delicacy.

Ingredients:

Pita:

  • 360g of flour
  • 200g of hot water
  • 0.5 teaspoon of salt
  • 20g of oil, preferably olive

Method of preparation :

1. Sift flour into any bowl, add oil. Pour boiling water into a glass, add salt and mix. Immediately pour very hot water into the flour, knead the dough with a spatula.

2. Then we mix well with our hands and leave the dough under the film to stand. The dough should not stick to your hands, but should be pleasantly soft, smooth, and elastic.

3. Divide the dough into 7-8 parts and evenly roll out beautiful round products with a diameter of 15-16 cm and a thickness of 2-3 mm. If necessary, add a little oil to the table.

4. We put the dough on a well-heated dry pan, wait 30-35 seconds and the first bubbles appear. Then we immediately turn the pita over to the other side and wait another 15-20 seconds.

5. It begins to rise, and we turn it over again. Here, the pita rises immediately and after 10-15 seconds you can turn it over again.

6. Put on a towel and cover. Store in a closed bag.

Ingredients for salting salmon:

  • 1 kg of clean fillet
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of salt with a mountain
  • 1 full tbsp. a spoonful of sugar
  • citrus peel
  • allspice and black pepper
  • a little rum (gin, vodka)
  • chopped dill (you can also take any dry herbs or even dill seeds)

Method of preparation:

1. Add all the ingredients to the fish and rub them on both sides. Cover with a film and usually overnight in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

2. Then we clean everything with a paper towel and it would be desirable to leave it a little longer, but it is ready to eat!

3. Store in the refrigerator for 5-7 days in a closed container.
