Ukrainian chef of Colombian origin Hector Jimenez-Bravo decided to prepare a delicious dish for dinner. Juicy tuna patties will be enjoyed by all members of the family.

These are not ordinary fish patties. According to this recipe, they turn out to be much tastier and juicier. And they are more useful than meat, – writes Hector.
Ingredients:
• Tuna – 1 b;
• Carrot – 1 pc;
• Zucchini – 1 pc;
• Onion – 1 pc;
• Greens;
• Salt, pepper, spices;
• Juice of ½ lemon;
• Eggs – 2-3 pcs;
• Flour – 2-3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Place the tuna in a deep bowl and mash with a fork.
2. Grate the carrot and zucchini on a large grater and add to the tuna.
3. Cut the onion into cubes, chop the greens and also pour them into a bowl.
4. Add salt, pepper, spices and lemon juice. Mix.
5. Add eggs and flour and mix again.
6. Form cutlets and fry on a heated pan with oil until golden on both sides.
