With the arrival of cold weather, you want something tasty and filling. Fried cabbage rolls will be the perfect solution for dinner. This aromatic dish will conquer everyone.

Ingredients:

  • Cabbage;
  • Minced meat – 600 g;
  • Onion – 1 pc;
  • Salt, pepper;
  • Carrot – 1 pc;
  • Ground coriander – 1/2 tsp

For the batter:

  • Eggs – 2 pcs;
  • Sour cream – 1.5 tbsp.
  • Salt, pepper;
  • Paprika – 1/2 tsp. ;
  • Flour – 1 tablespoon 20 g.

Method of preparation:

1. Separate the cabbage leaves and immerse in boiling water for 5 minutes. Cut out the hard parts.

2. Fry onions and carrots until golden.

3. Mix vegetables with minced meat, season with salt and pepper.

4. Put the minced meat on the cabbage, wrap it up.

5. Mix the ingredients for the batter.

6. Fry the cabbage rolls over medium heat until golden.

7. Serve with sour cream.
