GTA VI is coming. Rockstar's long-awaited game is indeed coming out, with a release date still set for fall 2025. A short year to wait, with players who can wait while discovering the many leaks, more or less serious, that appear all over the web. Recently, it was Rockstar who confirmed information in spite of itself, a godsend for the most curious.
GTA VI rumors validated by Rockstar?
While Rockstar and Take-Two remain silent and fans continue to analyze the GTA VI trailer with envy, the American publisher would have confirmed unfounded information. Indeed, it is by attacking a video of a YouTuber dealing with several leaks, for no other reason than the information found there (the images being from GTA V), that Take-Two would have sold the bear's skin. Last September, the insider “LegacyKillaHD” shared several pieces of information heard about the development of the game.
Leaks that discussed the types of missions available in GTA VI, and how Fast & Furious inspired some of the heists, the game's length compared to Red Dead Redemption 2, and most importantly the game's story. These leaks, which neither Rockstar nor Take-Two have commented on, were addressed by YouTuber Cyber Boi in one of his latest videos.
Only after publication, Take-Two attacked the video and demanded its removal for copyright infringement. However, only images from GTA V were displayed, only information about GTA VI. For Cyber Boi, such a decision by Take Two is proof that LegacyKillaHD's information is true. Especially since Cyber Boi would not be the only content creator affected by these attacks for copyright infringement.
Take-Two has not previously gone after content creators who cover leaks shared by other users. However, times have changed. It is possible that the publisher is cleaning up in anticipation of a possible announcement. Are leaks shared by insiders verified? No. Rockstar would have to validate this information to be sure. However, this initiative can potentially be considered a good indicator. In any case, that's what Cyber Boi suggests. px)” srcset=”https://static.hitek.fr/img/up_s/1970365551/pynik5m9ptytmf6mwmcqtf.jpg” type=”image/jpeg”>
It is obviously appropriate to take all this information with a pinch of salt. Patience is required, as Rockstar's next announcement has not yet been dated.
