The editor of the Android Authority publication spoke about a new function of Google Pixel smartphones, which he discovered in the recent release of the Pixel Feature Drop update package. The innovation, according to him, is aimed at saving battery life – a similar option is already known to owners of gaming Android gadgets.

In addition to extending battery life, “bypass” has another important advantage. It prevents the device from overheating, which allows you to play on your smartphone for a long time without reducing performance.
