Gluten-free berry pie recipe by Lisa Glinska

Now the season of summer berries has begun: raspberries, cherries, blueberries, etc. With them, you can prepare many options of dishes and delicious desserts.

The pie according to this recipe is prepared simply, quickly and easily! And in combination with berries, nut flour and vegetable oil, it becomes even tastier.


  • 120 g of sour cream (fat content 15-20%)
  • 120 g sugar
  • vanilla sugar
  • 60 ml oil “Oleina” Three grains
  • 150 g egg
  • 230 g almond flour
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 150 g blueberries

Method of preparation:

1. Mix sour cream, oil, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar in a bowl with a whisk.

2. Add almond flour with baking powder, mix thoroughly. Add blueberries.

3. Bake the dough in a mold with a diameter of 18 cm, 170 degrees – 40-45 minutes, with convection.

4. Decorate with powdered sugar and fresh berries.
