“We need to mitigate isolation measures. We must have the courage to go to the opening of small and medium businesses, of course, subject to all appropriate protective measures”, – said the Deputy. Onishchenko also stressed that with the onset of warming you want to allow the summer terraces of cafes and restaurants, start to think about the rest and start the work of resorts, recreation bases, sanatoriums, which at the moment does not work. The MP thus suggested that cafes with outdoor Seating areas on the street can be open for guests every third capitals and to allow the land for them not more than two persons subject to compliance with social distancing.
Gennady Onishchenko also added that no less important at the moment is to define the date of carrying out in Russia of the exam and organize the process of the exam. Despite the fact that colleges and schools are currently closed and are forced to have lessons remotely, the MP said that already now it is possible to open those schools in which the immune COVID-19 observed at least 60% of the students.
