The subtleties of general mobilization were revealed to the Ukrainians. The Center for Counteracting Disinformation (CDC) at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine explained where citizens can be served summonses.

"During the general mobilization in Ukraine, citizens of the country receive summons for military service not only at the place of residence, work, but also on the streets or at checkpoints. Such a format does not contradict the law”, – noted in the CPD.

Specialists emphasized that receiving a summons does not mean that a Ukrainian will be mobilized and sent to the front. The agenda indicates the date and time when a person must arrive at the territorial recruitment center to undergo a military medical commission. It is important to determine whether a man is fit for service.

It has been noted that it will not work to hide from representatives of the military registration and enlistment office. If a Ukrainian does not appear without a valid reason, he will receive a fine of 1700-3400 hryvnia.

Draft evasion strong> during mobilization provides for criminal liability. Punishment for this crime – from 3 to 5 years in prison.
