Russian humorist Maxim Galkin reacted to the fact that he was included in the list of foreign agents in Russia.
Galkin stressed that he does not consider himself a foreign agent , and received no money from Ukraine for his statements.
“A foreign agent is a foreign agent. I do not consider myself a foreign agent. Firstly, I do not engage in political activities. From the stage in my concerts I am engaged in a humorous genre, political satire. If I address my subscribers or viewers outside the genre, as a citizen, as a person, I do it with absolute sincerity. Sincerely and being honest with yourself. Justice Department, sincerity and honesty don't pay decent people, which I hope I'm one of. I do not sell my opinion and my thoughts and do not buy someone else's. I am not engaged in trade in conscience,” Galkin said in his address.
