On the New York Mercantile Exchange, WTI crude oil futures for October delivery are trading at $ 37.27 a barrel, down 0.03% as of this writing.
The session's minimum was the dollar per barrel. At the time of writing, WTI found support at $ 36.67 and resistance at $ 38.18.
The USD Index Futures, which measures the US dollar against a basket of six major currencies, is down 0.14% to trade at $ 92.933.
In terms of other commodities traded on ICE, Brent crude for November delivery fell 0.05% to $ 39.59 a barrel, and the difference in price between the Brent and WTI contracts was 2.32 dollars per barrel.
