Frost will soon recede: weather forecasters have announced the date of warming

< p>The weather in Ukraine in late December and early January was abnormally warm, but the current frosts will not last long. Forecasters predict positive temperatures at the end of the week.

Forecaster Natalya Didenko said that frosts would not be in Ukraine long. Already to On January 13-14, the air temperature will noticeably warm up throughout the territory.

On Monday, January 9, light snow is expected in some regions, and in some places it will rain. At the same time, warming will come to Ukraine.

In the west of our country, sleet is possible at night, and rain during the day. In most of the northern, central, Odessa and Nikolaev regions, light snow in places. No precipitation in the rest of the territory.

The wind is predominantly southeast, 7-12 m/s, but gusts up to 15-20 m/s are possible.

The air temperature in most regions during the day is from –3 to +2 degrees, and at night –4 –9 degrees.

In western Ukraine on Monday, +4+9 degrees are expected during the day, at night – around zero. On the Left Bank at night -1-6 degrees during the day, and at night -13-18 degrees.

On January 9, light snow is possible in the capital and Kyiv region. Forecasters warn of wind gusts until 20 m/s, which can lead to a deterioration in traffic.

The thermometers in Kyiv on Monday will show from -3 to +2 degrees, and at night -9 degrees.

According to the forecast weather forecasters, the first warming in Kyiv will be expected on Sunday, January 16.

It is not easy for weather forecasters to make a general accurate forecast for January 2023 now. All because of the anomalous warming that occurred before the New Year.

While meteorologists say that in January the average temperature per month will be much higher – from 0 to -5 degrees and +1+2 degrees in Crimea.
