Ukrainian animation studio Animagrad, which produced in particular the cartoon “Mavka. Forest song”, together with the studio “Nasha Faita” started the creation of a new animated film.

The first teaser of the cartoon for adults “Our Fight” was presented by the FILM.UA distributor on YouTube.

The creative producer of the film is the director of the films “My thoughts are quiet” and “Luxembourg Luxembourg” Antonio Lukich.< /p>

This is a cauldron in which everything is mixed: good and evil, friendship and betrayal and a drop of Transcarpathian flavor. The idea of the future full-length 2D cartoon for adults “Our Fight” arose on the basis of the YouTube project of the same name. Antonio Lukich became the creative producer of the project and helped the partnership with Animagrad – the creators of the hit “Mavka. Forest Song”, says the description of the video.

The plot is based on the story of a 30-year-old loser Serhiy Punka< /strong>, who, due to the mistake of the angel of death, Mickey the cat, ends up in heaven. Higher forces are ready to give the hero a second chance, but in order to return to life, he must find at least one person who cares about him.

The search brings Sergei to the front, to the “Chop pirates” unit, and here and a cauldron is brewing in which love, friendship, war, betrayal, self-discovery, exploits, insight and the spirit of Transcarpathia are mixed.

“Our Fight” is not a story about Transcarpathia. This is a story told by Transcarpathians. Everything is here: their dialect, color, unusual vision of the surrounding world and people. Imagine how exciting it would be to watch Frodo go to Mordor through an illegal tunnel with Romanian dwarf smugglers, who have a homemade dragon, the authors explain.

“Our Fight” is a story aimed at teenagers and the younger generation learning about self-identification and the transformation of an ordinary loser into a true hero. The authors were Mykhailo Krapenko, Pavlo Mandzych, Ivan Bon, Ervin Nemec. The director is Konstantin Fedorov under the artistic direction of Chris Koskinen.

The creators are still keeping the release date of the cartoon “Our Fight” a secret.
