In the Khmelnytskyi region, a resident of Kamianets-Podilskyi became another victim of telephone scammers. The man received a call from a stranger who introduced himself as a bank security officer, the police report said.
The scammer reported that the victim's bank account was allegedly under threat of unauthorized access. In order to «protect» his savings, the man was asked to provide confidential information: the CVV code on the back of the card, a one-time SMS code from the bank, and other data.
Unsuspecting the fraud, the man followed all instructions. Shortly after, 40,000 hryvnias were stolen from his account.
The phone was silent. < img src = "https://zycie.news/crrops/2ebd9e/620x0/1/0/2025/02/22/pnkpxaqwaffflyfdro3eeeeevzcbfxolfzxtustustust 4bgz.jpg" alt = "from life taken."…
