France will transfer 6 more Caesar self-propelled artillery mounts (ACS) to Ukraine.

According to Le Parisien, French Minister of the Armed Forces Sebastien Lecornu said this.

This is in addition to the 12 howitzers that were supplied earlier.

He stressed that such armored vehicles are needed to move quickly in areas under enemy fire. Lecornu did not specify when Ukraine would receive them.

Caesar is a new generation self-propelled artillery mount. It allows you to hit enemy targets at a distance of 20 kilometers.

Note that France is also exploring the possibility of transferring Exocet anti-ship missiles to Ukraine. It also refers to a “significant amount” of VAB-type armored personnel carriers.

Earlier, BAGNET reported that during his visit to Kyiv, Macron said that France would provide Ukraine with six additional Caesar self-propelled artillery mounts.
