Chef Darren McGrady says the Queen hates pasta and bread, Express reports.

“She doesn't really care about pasta and baked goods.” , — The publication quotes the chef.

According to McGrady, Elizabeth II loves dishes from fish, meat and vegetables.

The chef also lists garlic among the Queen's disliked foods. He also says that the monarch does not like tomato sauces because of fears that they can get dirty — for this reason, the ban on menu.

Darren McGrady also told royal fans what the Queen usually eats during the day.

She starts with breakfast at  9 a.m. corn flakes with dried apricots, prunes or macadamia nuts. As an alternative to — boiled eggs or toast with marmalade and tea. At  13:00, the royal dinner consists of fried fish on a bed of spinach and courgettes. As for dinner, it can be game or fish.

Afternoon tea is accompanied by scones or a piece of cake or sandwiches with  cucumber, smoked salmon, mayonnaise, ham and mustard, and the crust must be cut off the bread.
