The senior adviser to the head of the Kari Leak agency reported in a letter to the executive director of Radio Liberty Steve Kapus, writes The Independent.

< p > The letter states that the previous decision to close the grant agreement has been canceled and that “Radio Liberty” will continue to receive federal funds.

< p > however, Lake added, a grant agreement can be canceled and later if USAGM decides that it is appropriate in accordance with the current legislation.

~ < p > The adviser also responded to the Radio Liberty claim, informed the court that the termination of the grant had been canceled to put an end to the legal confrontation with the broadcaster.
