On the evening of September 18, a VAZ-21140 passenger car collided with a Scania truck in the Orenburg region. The accident killed five people.
The road accident happened on the 86th kilometer of the Orenburg – Akbulak highway. According to the preliminary conclusions of the traffic police experts, the passenger car flew into the oncoming lane, as the driver could not cope with control, and rammed the truck.
At the time of the accident, there were five people in the VAZ-21140 cabin – one woman and four men, including the driver. They all died.
At the scene of the fatal accident, the work was carried out by the investigative and operational group of the Internal Affairs Directorate, headed by the head of the UGIBDD UMVD in the Orenburg region. The circumstances of the tragedy are being specified.
