More than four months after the death of Matthew Perry at the age of 54, details have emerged about the will of the beloved actor of the series “FRIENDS”.< /p>

According to a legal document obtained by PEOPLE, the will states that most of the late actor's belongings will be transferred to a trust fund associated with the legendary Hollywood actor. A document created by Perry in 2009 states that he wanted to leave his belongings to the Alvie Singer Living Trust, which is believed to be named after Woody Allen's character in the movie Annie Hall.

His father John Perry and mother Suzanne Morrison are named as beneficiaries of the trust. Half-sister Caitlin Morrison and Rachel Dunn are also listed as beneficiaries.

In his will, Perry also specified that any children he had would have no right to access his estate. (The actor never had children).

The statement also said Perry had more than $1 million in personal assets at the time of his death, in addition to his executors of the will – Lisa Ferguson and Robin Rouzan – already invested in the trust fund.

Roozanne, the ex-wife of Mike Myers, was an executive producer on the game show Celebrity Liar, which Perry was a part of in 2010.

Recall that Perry died on Saturday, October 28, 2023 > in his home in Los Angeles. He was 54 years old. A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Fire Department told PEOPLE that they responded to a call at 4:07 p.m., which involved a “medical emergency.”

The actor's death was later determined to be caused by the acute effects of ketamine in an autopsy report , obtained by PEOPLE in December. Drowning, coronary heart disease and the effects of buprenorphine (a drug used to treat opioid addiction) were also listed as contributing factors in his death, which was ruled an accident.

An autopsy revealed that Perry, who “was clean throughout 19 months,” was on ketamine infusion therapy, and his last treatment was just “a week and a half before” his death. However, the coroner noted that “the ketamine in his body at the time of his death could not have been the result of this infusion therapy because the half-life of ketamine is 3-4 hours or less.”
