The famous Russian film director Alexander Sokurov was not allowed to leave the Russian Federation for Finland, from where he was supposed to fly to Milan.
In a comment to journalists, Sokurov said that he was kept at the border for four hours, after which he returned to St. Petersburg.
The pretext for the ban was the order of the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation on restrictions on coronavirus, which, according to the director, has already been canceled.
