Bank FC Otkritie has placed 32.93% of the issue of investment bonds of the BO-IO-P01 series with a nominal volume of 300 million rubles for 98.786 million rubles, the credit institution said.
The nominal value of the bonds is 1,000 rubles, the circulation period is 3 years. The bonds were placed by open subscription.
The rate of coupons 1-3 is set at 0.01% per annum, coupons are annual. Additional income will also be paid on bonds.
At present, there are 27 issues of the bank's exchange-traded bonds in circulation for a total amount of 141.948 billion rubles and the issue of classic bonds for 5 billion rubles.
In August 2017, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation announced the reorganization of the Otkritie Bank Group through the Banking Sector Consolidation Fund, and in September of the same year – about the rehabilitation of the B&N Bank Group. In January 2019, Otkritie FC Bank and B&N Bank completed the merger process, which began in early 2018. In early July 2019, the Central Bank announced the completion of the bank reorganization.
In the second quarter of 2020, FC Otkritie Bank took 7th place in terms of assets among Russian banks in the Interfax-100 ranking prepared by Interfax-CEA.
