American scientists conducted an interesting study, according to the results of which they came to the conclusion that the consumption of large amounts of fatty foods before the age of 35 threatens a mass of serious health problems in older age. The authors of the scientific work are confident that high cholesterol levels lead to pathologies of the heart, circulatory system and gastrointestinal tract.

Scientists are warning younger generations that foods rich in trans fats and other harmful food additives are extremely dangerous for their health in the future. It threatens with changes in the work of the cardiovascular system, cerebral circulation and the digestive tract. Young people who consume large amounts of junk food suffer from heart attacks or strokes over the years. According to the study, people who prefer unhealthy food before the age of 35, after 40, may face various pathologies triggered by high cholesterol levels.

The authors of the scientific work note that some people who consume a large amount of fatty foods in their young years did not experience any disturbances until old age. Scientists have not yet been able to explain this fact.
