Superman, who will soon return in the guise of David Corenswet, is reputed to be invincible, or almost. In single combat, this member of the Fantastic Four would defeat Superman

Capable of absorbing solar energy and flying, Supermanis also endowed with exceptional longevity, superhuman strength, uncommon speed, endurance and agility, as well as heat vision and X-ray vision. A list that we have reduced, but which is completed by other less impressive powers, and which give an explicit overview of Clark Kent's power.Few villains pose a real threat to him, and his fellow vigilantes from the Marvel and DC Comics stables are not in the same league… Except for one member of the Fantastic Four, as the House of Ideas has just confirmed in Fantastic Four #22 (by Ryan North, Ivan Fiorelli, Jesus Aburtov, and Joe Caramagna)!

It's none other than Johnny Storm. Capable of setting his own body on fire and burning just about anything he wants, the Human Torch is formidable. He can even reach the surface of the sun… And not only that: while fighting a group of vampires who are trying to attack innocents, he reveals a new skill. To chase away his opponents, he emits the same light as the sun. He is therefore capable of diffusing different radiations, and in particular red solar rays, which would have the effect of weakening Superman. By simply standing next to him, Clark Kent would lose his powers, including his invulnerability to heat. The Torch could then defeat Superman, either by heat or by fire.
