Apple is reportedly preparing to release a new generation of AirPods Pro, which are rumored to arrive in early 2025. This will be the first design update since the model debuted in 2019.
Key changes include an improved case with a hidden touch button instead of the usual settings button and a new charge indicator that will only be visible when the case is opened or charged.
The main emphasis is on health: AirPods Pro 3 may feature sensors for measuring body temperature through the ear canal and monitoring heart rate.
Technically, the headphones will be equipped with an H3 chip, which will improve active noise cancellation and sound.
The new model will also inherit features from AirPods Pro 2, such as personal spatial audio and adaptive sound.
The cost is expected to be at $249.
