Chehade Moya was the one who starred in the first incident when he questioned the lateness of López Aliaga, Daniel Urresti and Forsyth. Even the former congressman considered that “they have no word”.
“That is not serious, we have participated in all the blocks and these gentlemen have not come. They have no word. If that is offered to the city of Lima, what can happen next, that is unfortunate”, said Chehade Moya.
“Everyone has to debate. It cannot be possible that Mr. López Aliaga, Mr. Urresti and Mr. Forsyth have been summoned at one hour and come at the time they want, to the second part, when it suits them. That's not fair sir”, he added.

“We need recreation for the town, that town so hackneyed by the communist and stubborn left and apart from being corrupt. That corrupt left, I tell you to your face, whose emblem is Mrs. (Susana) Villarán. That corrupt left of Mrs. Villarán, 12 million dollars stolen from the people”, said López Aliaga.
Next, they started a series of shouts and claims against the candidate for Popular Renovation that lasted several minutes. After that, the organizers of the event requested that the people who interrupted the debate be removed from the place.
