Eurovision 2023 will be held in the UK.

According to Suspіlne, this was confirmed by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and the British Public Broadcasting Company (BBC).

"The BBC has already committed itself four times to holding the contest instead of other winning countries. Continuing this tradition of solidarity, we know that next year's competition will showcase the creativity and skill of one of Europe's most accomplished public service broadcasters. At the same time, ensuring that this year's winners – Ukraine – will be featured and featured throughout the event”, – said the executive director of Eurovision Martin Osterdahl. Mykola Chernotitsky stressed that Eurovision 2023 will not take place in Ukraine, but in support of Ukraine.

"I am sure that together we can give the Ukrainian spirit to this event and once again unite all of Europe around our common values — peace, support, the value of diversity and talent”, – he said.

Representatives of "Suspіlny" will collaborate with the BBC to develop and introduce Ukrainian elements into the show next year. Ukraine, as the winning country of Eurovision 2022, will also automatically enter the final of the competition.
