Ole Gunnar Solskjaer from Manchester United is following the career of Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund very closely (SERVICE: The Bundesliga table).
The Red Devils coach once worked at Molde with the striker, who was with the Norwegian first division club between February 2017 and January 2019 – and has not lost sight of him since.

“Erling will have a fantastic career,” said Solskjaer in an interview with the Norwegian newspaper VG.
Solskjaer raves about Haaland
“I follow what he does. I’ve always said that,” added the Norwegian: “Was it 18 months that we had together? Almost two years, maybe. A wonderful time.”
Haaland will have a “great career” for the Norwegian national team and his club.
Solskjaer: “We’ll see where Haaland ends up”
The striker, who attracts the interest of all top European clubs, is doing “incredibly well” at BVB. “We’ll see where he lands,” said Solskjaer.

“We’ll do what we can to become a better team and he’ll do what he can to become a better player,” he added, when asked about a possible reunion with Haaland: “Where he’ll end up in the end “I just want to say that I wish him all the best. Which decision he makes is up to him.”
Haaland’s contract in Dortmund runs until June 2024. With BVB he didn’t get past 2-2 against Hoffenheim on Saturday.
