Businessman Elon Musk is suing Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey as part of his legal battle with the tech company.
In preparation for the trial, Musk's lawyers called his friend to former Twitter boss Jack Dorsiv, in the hope that he could help support Musk's argument that Twitter was not completely honest about the volume of fake Twitter accounts.
Recall that Elon Musk planned to buy Twitter for 44 billion dollars, but the deal fell through after he said the firm did not provide enough information about the fake accounts.
The company filed a lawsuit against Musk in the hope that the court will force the businessman to complete the deal and buy Twitter.
Elon Musk countersued on Twitter, claiming that a third of the x Twitter posts assessed by his team were fake.
The case will be heard in Delaware in October if both parties fail to settle out of court beforehand.
