Elon Musk is attacking Germany: what Berlin accuses the billionaire of

American billionaire Elon Musk is trying to influence the parliamentary elections that will be held in Germany in February.

According to the press secretary of the German government, Elon Musk, with his posts on the social network X and a published article in support of the far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD), is actually trying to influence the outcome of the federal elections in Germany.

The statement notes that “the freedom of speech to which Musk is entitled extends to the greatest nonsense.”

Elon Musk famously wrote on Platform X last week that “only the AfD can save Germany.” He followed up his comment in an article published over the weekend by the Welt am Sonntag newspaper, owned by the Axel Springer media group.
