Electronic referral to VLK is promised to be launched by the end of February

The Ministry of Defense plans that electronic referral for passing the military medical commission (VLK) in the application «Reserve+» will be available by the end of February 2025.

Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernogorenko announced this on the telethon on the evening of December 5.

She recalled the strategy of digital reform of the VLK, developed with the participation of experts and the public, noting that the appearance of electronic referral will be its first stage. 60~/p>

«Directions to the VLC can be obtained simply on the phone, without the need to visit the TCC. This will be done by the end of February», — Chernogorenko promised.

After scaling up the reform, according to officials, conscripts will be able to undergo medical examination at any civilian medical facility.

«This will make it possible to divide the VLK procedure into two parts: medical examination, what can do civilian doctors, and  administrative, which will be carried out by the Ministry of Defense. It will be a decentralized, autonomous, digitalized procedure», — explained the official.
